How to Open an Account at Young Americans Bank:
If you're under 18, you'll need:
- A sponsoring adult (usually a parent or relative) who will co-sign on your account
- A state or government issued photo ID for the sponsoring adult
- Your Social Security number and your sponsoring adult's Social Security number

December 2012
The Z Place sign has been placed outside the building. WE are just weeks away from opening!
November 2012
The teller line is almost complete, with the countertops going in shortly. Building 5 is complete from the outside.
October 2012
Everything is starting to come together at the branch! The paint is going up on the walls and the teller desk and drawers are ready to install.
September 2012
In September the Board of Directors toured the facility. The internal walls were going up and the group could see the layout of the room.
August 2012
The Young Americans Bank branch will have walls made mostly of glass windows. This shows the view into the branch with the interior walls being framed.
July 2012
The roof and window framework on Building #5 has been completed. The whole structure is starting to look like "Z Place"!
June 2012
The framework for the wall panels was laid out on the concrete slab and then lifted up as a whole piece in a process called "tilt-up construction."
May 2012
The concrete slab for the base of Building #5 has been poured.
April 2012 - Groundbreaking
Evie Dennis, Linda Childears and Rich Martinez joined Mayor Michael Hancock, Councilman Herndon and others to break ground on the site of Building #5, where Young Americans Bank will be.
