How to Register
Six Step Registration
Step 1.
Coordinate with your teaching team to decide what month and day your group would like to attend Rural AmeriTowne.
Step 2.
Call Shanon at 970-332-3150 to schedule your date in Rural AmeriTowne. Your school can register for a date up to two years in advance. Please be aware that dates are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis, and it is advisable for your group to plan for future academic years and have flexibility when scheduling.
Step 3.
A contract packet including a written contract, a schedule of teacher orientation/refresher dates, volunteer orientation dates, and a teacher information sheet, will be sent to your school for your review and response.
Step 4.
Once you have reviewed materials and decided upon an orientation date, contact the Site Coordinator to reserve spaces in an orientation session.
Step 5.
At least two weeks prior to your scheduled teacher orientation date inform the Site Coordinator of the approximate and number of students who will be attending with your school. This information is necessary for us to be able to assemble curriculum and classroom materials to be picked up on your scheduled orientation date.
Step 6.
On the day of orientation you will receive your materials and be required to submit your deposit, which will later be applied to the total invoice.
